I attended a birthday celebration at Ginny's Little Longhorn this past Sunday for my first ever Chicken Shit Bingo experience. That's right, people pick a number in the coop and pile around with cameras in hand to watch a chicken defecate. It's really more like roulette. I've somehow missed this Austin ritual but will definitely be back for more $2 Lonestars, free chili dogs and honkytonk music while I wait for my lucky number to be hit. Think ahead, it's cash only.
